• 4 Cups of spent grains – fully rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups of chickpea flower
  • 1 cup of bone broth
  • 2 eggs


Mix the ingredients together then spread out on a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or silicone liner.
Place in oven for 1 hour at 325.
Remove from oven and make cuts like checkerboard pattern in the dough.
Turn down oven to 200 f  for 4 hours or more to completely dry them out.
When finished and dried – break them in to small squares and keep in freezer.
