Ingredients:
Two cups unsweetened apple sauce
Two ripe bananas
Two cups or rolled oats
Dried Cranberries
Dried Apricots
Coconut Flakes
Directions:
Mash the bananas and mix in the apple sauce.
Pour mixture into a bowl with the oats.
Mix well and add the dried fruit and coconut
Make small balls and put on parchment paper over cookie sheet
Bake at 350f for 20-25 minutes.
