Ingredients:
Cans of San Marzano whole peeled tomatoes
Olive Oil
Salt
Garlic
Onions
Concentrated Tomato Paste
Basil Leaves
Peper
Parmesan Cheese
Lemons
Honey
Cayenne Pepper or olio di peperoncino
Paprica
Parsley

Fine chop onions. Use about one onion per can of tomatoes. Best to  use a very sharp knife to avoid tears.

Then chop up garlic as big or fine as you like.

Then cook the onions down for 10-20 minutes until soft.

When onions are done, add tomato paste

Then add in all cans of tomatoes. When they are fully heated with onions start to break them apart.

As sauce simmers begin to add spices and flavors: Parsley, Lemon Juice, Honey, Basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, Paprika, hot pepper.

The sauce is best when it lightly simmers covered for a two hours or so. Stir occasionally.
At this point you can add in the Ikea frozen vegetable balls.
When sauce is back to bubbling hot
Then turn off heat and let sit for another couple of hours.
Done.
