• 3/4 pound of white American cheese sliced
  • 4 oz of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of half and half
  • 1 small can of RO*TEL Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • Chilli powder
  • Ground Nutmeg
  • Cayenne pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Directions:

Heat 1/2 and 1/2 over medium heat in small saucepan.
Just before boil reduce heat to low
Stir in the cheeses starting with the american. Constantly stir until all cheese in the pan
Next stir in the ro-tel, chili powder and the rest of the spices
