Hans and I traveled east of Lake Garda and up to Mount Baldo to see the impressive 16th-Century Italian Church; Santuario della Madonna della Corona. To visit one my walk along a pilgrimage path consisting of hundreds of narrow cliffside steps. Parched from all this mountain climbing it was time to find some beer.
Verona was our destination and the coliseum in particular tickets were purchased to see an opera. The following day we traveled around the area to see the sites.
