Closed Transfer; Fermentor to Keg

One of the goals in beer brewing is keep oxygen from contacting the finished beer. For fermentation oxygen is useful as yeast prefers it and converts the air to CO2. This closed system below uses a pressurized fermentation vessel (fermentasaurus) to force the beer into a lower pressurized keg with a spunding valve attached to release the air allowing the fluid to replace it.
